By using asklor! (Just Ask Lor), operated by Kri8tion Technology, you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the part on relying on answers.
Information only, not advice
asklor! gives general information about life in Singapore. It is not financial, investment, legal, property, tax or medical advice. Before making a decision, such as buying a home, taking a loan or acting on a policy, check with the relevant government agency or a qualified professional.
How answers are produced
- Figures shown with an official source come from published data, as at the date shown. Data can be revised or become out of date.
- asklor! uses artificial intelligence (AI) to understand questions and, where labelled "best-effort", to write answers. AI can make mistakes, so treat those answers as a starting point and check them.
- asklor! does not forecast prices or other figures. Any trend shown describes the past, not the future.
- Bus arrival times, weather and similar live information come from third-party services and may be delayed or unavailable.
No guarantee
We work hard to keep answers correct, but asklor! is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no promise that it is accurate, complete or always available, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
Fair use
- Use asklor! for personal, lawful purposes.
- Do not copy content in bulk, run automated queries or scrapers, or try to overload or break the service.
- Do not try to make the service produce harmful or misleading content, or get around its limits or security.
We may limit or block use that breaks these rules.
Accounts
- Guests can ask 5 questions. A free account lets you keep asking.
- You must be 13 or older to create an account. An account is for one person.
- You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure and do not share sign-in codes.
- You can delete your account at any time from your Account page.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to abuse the service.
Third-party content and data
Some data belongs to others and is used under their licences, including the Singapore Open Data Licence and the Open Database Licence (OpenStreetMap). See About for credits. Links and advertisements to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Changes and law
We may update these terms. Continuing to use asklor! means you accept the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
